Ninja/Stealth Metta to neutral people on the streets. Wishing other people well, in secret and in silence, while moving through the world.
And don't forget to do Metta everyday:
Set the intention
Try to connect with the subtle body
Metta on the benefactor
Metta on yourself
Metta on people you like
Metta on a neutral person
Ending with some gratitude + recognising needs
And don't forget your gratitude buddy
